Café Chika in Tbilisi is a popular spot right in the heart of town. You cannot work with your laptop on the upper floor, but follow the stairs to the basement floor and you’ll find a tiny little co-working spot. You only have to buy a coffee to be able to use the space. It’s small and a little cramped, but if you don’t mind that, this is a sweet little spot to work.
